2. Conduct preventive maintenance and emergency repairs at customer facilities
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
4. Provide technical training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance
5. Document service activities, including work reports, parts usage, and time tracking
6. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, sales) to resolve customer technical concerns
7. Maintain company-owned tools, test equipment, and service vehicle inventory
8. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations at all job sites
1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
2. Minimum 3 years of field service engineering experience
3. Valid driver's license and clean driving record
4. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
5. Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand/power tools
6. Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight stays
7. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
8. Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environmental conditions
