Must-Have Requirements

1. PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with focus on AI ethics 2. 3+ years research experience in algorithmic fairness, bias detection, or ethical AI 3. Strong publication record in AI ethics venues (FAccT, AIES, or related conferences) 4. Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) 5. Deep understanding of ethical theories and frameworks applicable to AI systems 6. Experience with statistical analysis of algorithmic outcomes across demographic groups 7. Knowledge of US regulations and guidelines affecting AI deployment (EEOC, FTC guidelines) 8. Demonstrated ability to translate ethical principles into practical technical requirements
