Supervise the production of official transcripts and diplomas 6. Manage student information systems (SIS) and ensure data accuracy 7. Coordinate with academic departments on course scheduling and classroom allocation 8. Process transfer credit evaluations and articulation agreements 9. Generate enrollment statistics and official reports for accreditation purposes 10. Resolve complex student registration and academic record issues

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Education Administration, Business, or related field 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in registrar's office or higher education administration 3. Expert knowledge of FERPA regulations and compliance requirements 4. Proficiency with student information systems (Banner, PeopleSoft, or similar) 5.
