4. Process interlibrary loan requests and manage hold shelves
5. Maintain periodicals and reference collections
6. Provide basic reference assistance and reader's advisory services
7. Process new materials and prepare items for circulation
8. Handle cash transactions for fines, fees, and printing services
9. Support library programs and events setup
10. Perform shelf-reading and inventory maintenance
1. High school diploma or GED equivalent
2. 6+ months experience in customer service or library setting
3. Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
4. Ability to lift 25-30 pounds and push book carts
5. Familiarity with library classification systems
