Lead and develop pastoral staff and ministry directors through regular coaching and performance management 5. Oversee weekend service operations and special church events (conferences, outreach programs) 6. Handle congregational care issues and pastoral counseling when needed 7. Ensure compliance with denominational standards and legal requirements for religious organizations 8. Drive church growth strategies and community outreach initiatives

Must-Have Requirements

1. Master of Divinity or equivalent theological degree from an accredited institution 2. 7+ years of pastoral leadership experience in churches of 500+ congregation 3. Ordained minister in good standing with recognized evangelical denomination 4. Proven experience in church administration, financial management, and staff development 5. Demonstrated ability to preach and teach effectively when required 6. Strong biblical knowledge and theological alignment with evangelical Christian doctrine 7. Experience managing church budgets of $1.5M+ and multiple staff members

Preferred Qualifications
