Daycare Teacher responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement daily lesson plans and activities that align with early learning standards
2. Provide constant supervision and ensure a safe, clean, and healthy environment for all children
3. Foster positive social interactions and emotional development through guided play and group activities
4. Conduct ongoing assessments of children's progress and maintain accurate records

6. Manage classroom routines including meals, naps, diaper changes, and toilet training
7. Create and maintain bulletin boards, learning centers, and classroom displays

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year of professional childcare experience
3. Current CPR and First Aid certification
4. Clear background check and fingerprint clearance
5. Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices
6. Physical ability to lift children up to 50 pounds and engage in active play
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Basic computer skills for record keeping and communication
Preferred Qualifications
1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
2. Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
3. 2+ years of experience in a licensed childcare facility
4. Knowledge of state licensing regulations for childcare centers

6. Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English)

8. Food handler's permit
