Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and user-centered UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences that meet user needs and business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met.
UX Designer responsibilities include:
1. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
2. Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas
3. Develop high-fidelity UI designs and specifications for development teams
4. Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment
5. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input
6. Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices
7. Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides
1. 3+ years of professional UX design experience in digital product development
2. Portfolio demonstrating strong UX process, problem-solving skills, and visual design proficiency
3. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)
4. Experience with user research methods and usability testing protocols
5. Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating design decisions
7. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience working in agile development environments with cross-functional teams
2. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
3. Experience designing for enterprise software or complex applications
4. Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech industries
5. Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
6. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
7. Master's degree in UX Design or related discipline
Bonus Skills
1. Proficiency in prototyping tools (Principle, Framer, or Proto.io)
2. Experience with UX writing or content strategy
3. Knowledge of UX analytics tools (Hotjar, FullStory, or Amplitude)
4. Certification in UX design (Nielsen Norman Group, Google UX, or similar)
5. Experience mentoring junior designers or leading design workshops
6. Background in user psychology or human factors engineering
