1. 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
3. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
4. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual design comps.
5. Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
2. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
3. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
4. Experience with user research tools such as UserTesting.com or Lookback.
5. Background in designing for SaaS products or enterprise applications.
