The ideal candidate will combine deep user empathy with strategic thinking to create seamless, intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into elegant design solutions that delight users and deliver measurable results.
Senior Product Designer responsibilities include:
1. Lead end-to-end design process from research and concept development to high-fidelity prototypes and final implementation
2. Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable insights
3. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries
5. Facilitate design workshops and collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams
6. Present design solutions to stakeholders and articulate design decisions based on user data and business goals
7. Mentor junior designers and contribute to elevating design quality across the organization
1. 5+ years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio
2. Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with advanced prototyping skills
3. Proven experience designing for both web and mobile applications
4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
5. Experience conducting user research and usability testing
6. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
7. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience designing for SaaS products or complex enterprise applications
2. Background in e-commerce, fintech, or healthcare technology sectors
3. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
4. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
5. Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
6. Master's degree in Design or related field
7. Experience mentoring other designers or leading design teams
