Senior Designer responsibilities include:
1. Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final execution across digital and print media
2. Develop comprehensive design systems, style guides, and brand identity packages
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketing specialists
5. Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership
6. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
8. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
2. 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
4. Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)
5. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
8. Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms
