Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketing specialists 5. Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership 6. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions 7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards 8. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field 2. 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise 3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 4. Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) 5.
