Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and user-centered Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences that solve real user problems while driving business value. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create products that delight users and meet market needs in the competitive US digital landscape.
Product Designer responsibilities include:
1. Lead end-to-end design process from research and concept development to final UI execution
2. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
3. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and feasibility
5. Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
6. Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale based on user insights
7. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics
1. 3+ years of professional product design experience in digital products
2. Portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI design skills and problem-solving process
3. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with advanced prototyping skills
4. Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions
5. Strong understanding of iOS Human Interface and Material Design guidelines
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
7. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience designing for B2B SaaS products or enterprise software
2. Background in designing for mobile applications with understanding of native patterns
3. Experience working in agile development environments with engineering teams
4. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
5. Experience with design systems and component library management
6. Previous work in fintech, healthcare, or regulated industries
7. Master's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field
Bonus Skills
1. Motion design skills using After Effects or similar tools
2. Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
3. Experience with quantitative data analysis tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
4. Certification in UX design or related specialization
