1. Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, or related field with 3+ years professional experience
2. Portfolio demonstrating strong drawing skills and versatility in multiple illustration styles
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and digital drawing tablets
4. Solid understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling principles
5. Experience preparing files for both print and digital media with attention to technical specifications
6. Strong communication skills and ability to interpret creative briefs effectively
7. Legal authorization to work in the United States
