4. Operate tire mounting/dismounting equipment, balancers, and alignment machines.

7. Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines in the workshop environment.
1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2. 1+ years of experience in tire service or automotive maintenance.
3. Basic knowledge of tire types, sizes, and vehicle compatibility.
4. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
5. Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications
1. ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Tire Service certification.
2. Experience with commercial truck tires or specialty vehicles.
3. Familiarity with tire management software (e.g., TireMaster, DTN).
4. Previous customer service experience in automotive retail.
5. Knowledge of TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) diagnostics.
