4. Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve critical technical problems
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
6. Conduct product training sessions and create technical presentations for clients
7. Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance procedures
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
2. 2+ years of professional experience in technical support or IT helpdesk environment
3. Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems
4. Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S)
5. Experience with remote support tools and customer relationship management systems
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
7. Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and on-call rotations
