Job Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist will optimize our sales processes, enhance sales productivity, and drive revenue growth through data-driven insights and operational excellence. This role serves as the critical link between sales, marketing, and finance teams, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and maximizing the efficiency of our sales organization.
Sales Operations responsibilities include:
1. Manage and optimize CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure data integrity and accurate sales reporting
2. Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for management review
3. Support sales forecasting, quota setting, and territory alignment processes
4. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
5. Streamline sales processes and implement best practices to increase sales efficiency
6. Coordinate sales training and enablement programs for new tools and processes
7. Manage sales compensation plans and commission calculations
8. Support sales technology stack evaluation, implementation, and integration
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
2. 3+ years of sales operations or sales support experience
3. Expert proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel
4. Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis and reporting
5. Experience developing sales metrics, dashboards, and performance reports
6. Knowledge of sales processes and revenue operations best practices
7. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with sales automation tools (Salesloft, Outreach, or similar)
2. Background in B2B sales environment with complex sales cycles
3. Certification in Salesforce Administration
