4. Document all services performed, including chemicals used, concentrations, and application methods

6. Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and inventory according to established standards
7. Respond to emergency service calls and resolve urgent pest situations promptly
1. Valid state-issued pest control applicator license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
2. High school diploma or equivalent
3. Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, crawl in confined spaces, and work in various weather conditions
4. Clean driving record and valid driver's license
5. Basic knowledge of common pests, their biology, and treatment methods
6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends and emergency calls
Preferred Qualifications
1. 2+ years of professional pest control experience in residential/commercial settings
2. Certification in specific pest categories (termite, fumigation, wildlife, etc.)
