1. Accurately pick products from warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick tickets
2. Pack and label orders according to company standards and shipping requirements
3. Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks, carts, and order pickers (if certified)
4. Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets for order fulfillment
5. Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition
6. Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize urgent orders
8. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and update order status
1. High school diploma or GED equivalent
2. Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
3. Basic math skills for counting and verifying product quantities
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
5. Ability to read and understand English for safety instructions and order information
6. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
7. Willingness to work in various temperature environments (refrigerated/freezer areas if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
1. 6+ months experience in warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment operations
