1. High school diploma or GED with technical certification in electronics, mechanics, or related field
2. Minimum 3 years of field service experience with industrial equipment maintenance
3. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation
4. Strong troubleshooting skills with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic software
5. Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to travel up to 75%
6. Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various industrial environments
