Maintain proper sanitation standards following FDA and local health department regulations 4. Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) method to ensure product freshness 5. Prepare specialty sandwiches, salads, and hot food items according to established recipes 6. Monitor and maintain proper temperature controls for all refrigerated and hot holding units 7. Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and stocking products 8. Provide product recommendations and handle customer inquiries regarding ingredients and allergens
