4. Operate bakery equipment including slicers, scales, and ovens following safety protocols

6. Stock and replenish bakery products throughout the day
7. Process customer transactions using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
8. Answer customer questions about ingredients, allergens, and product availability
9. Assist with basic food preparation and decorating under baker supervision
10. Monitor product quality and remove expired or subpar items from sales floor
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 6 months experience in retail food service or customer service
3. Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
4. Basic math skills for handling cash and weighing products
5. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
6. Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
7. Strong communication and customer service skills
8. Understanding of basic food safety principles
