Appointment Setter responsibilities include:
1. Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to potential clients using provided lead lists and databases
2. Utilize proven sales scripts and techniques to engage decision-makers and qualify prospects
3. Schedule qualified appointments for sales representatives using calendar management tools
4. Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot)
5. Achieve daily and weekly targets for qualified appointments set
6. Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads through the sales pipeline
7. Collaborate with sales team to optimize appointment quality and conversion rates
8. Provide detailed notes and qualifying information for each scheduled appointment
1. Minimum 6 months experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting role
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding daily call and appointment quotas
3. Excellent verbal communication skills with clear and professional phone presence
4. Basic computer proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
5. High school diploma or equivalent required
6. Ability to work independently and maintain motivation in a fast-paced environment
7. Strong active listening skills and ability to handle objections effectively
8. Legal authorization to work in the United States
