8. Manage learning management system (LMS) content and user administration
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or related field
2. 3+ years of experience in training and development role
3. Proven experience designing and delivering effective training programs
4. Strong proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
5. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills
6. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theories
7. Ability to create measurable learning objectives and assessment tools
8. Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, or related field
2. Professional certification (e.g., CPTD, APTD, CPLP)
3. Experience with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia)
4. Background in corporate training within Fortune 500 companies
5. Experience with competency-based training and development programs
6. Knowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards
7. Experience managing training budgets and vendor relationships
8. Multilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred)
