Utilize adult learning principles and various instructional techniques to maximize knowledge retention 4. Conduct training needs assessments and skill gap analyses to identify development opportunities 5. Develop and implement evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness and ROI 6. Maintain accurate training records and documentation in compliance with company policies 7. Collaborate with department leaders to customize training solutions for specific team needs 8. Manage training logistics including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue coordination

Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field 2. 3+ years of direct training facilitation experience in corporate settings 3. Proven expertise in instructional design and curriculum development 4. Certification in recognized training methodologies (e.g., ATD, Langevin, or equivalent) 5. Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms 6. Excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills 7. Ability to adapt training style to diverse learning preferences and audience needs 8. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
