Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or related field 2. 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate training and development 3. 5+ years in a training leadership role with team management responsibilities 4. Proven experience designing and implementing successful training programs 5. Expertise in multiple training methodologies (e.g., blended learning, microlearning, experiential learning) 6.
