Technical Trainer responsibilities include:
1. Develop and deliver technical training curriculum for software applications, systems, and tools
2. Create hands-on lab exercises, simulations, and practical assessments
3. Conduct training needs analysis and customize programs for diverse technical audiences
4. Develop training materials including manuals, quick-reference guides, and e-learning modules
5. Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions across multiple US time zones
6. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms
7. Maintain and update training content to reflect product updates and technological changes
8. Provide post-training support and coaching to ensure skill application
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in technical training delivery for US-based organizations
3. Proven experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
4. Strong technical background in software development, cloud technologies, or IT infrastructure
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills with US corporate audience experience
6. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable training materials
7. Experience with training assessment and evaluation methodologies
8. Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
1. Master's degree in Education Technology or relevant technical field
2. Industry certifications (CTDP, CPTD, or technical certifications)
3. Experience with Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform training
