Must-Have Requirements

1. 3+ years of retail training experience in multi-store environments 2. Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs 3. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills 4. Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices 5. Ability to travel up to 60% to various store locations 6. High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications
