4. Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, performance metrics, and field observations
5. Collaborate with store managers to identify specific training needs and performance gaps
6. Train staff on POS systems, inventory management procedures, and loss prevention protocols
7. Facilitate role-playing exercises for customer interaction scenarios and conflict resolution
8. Maintain training records and report on program outcomes to retail leadership
1. 3+ years of retail training experience in multi-store environments
2. Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
3. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
4. Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices
5. Ability to travel up to 60% to various store locations
6. High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
2. Experience in fashion, electronics, or specialty retail environments
3. Certification in training and development (CPLP, CTT, or equivalent)
4. Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning development tools
5. Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English)
