6. Implement backward design principles and Understanding by Design (UbD) framework
7. Develop differentiated instructional strategies for diverse learner populations
8. Create measurable learning outcomes and competency assessments
9. Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional technologists
10. Evaluate curriculum effectiveness through data analysis and learner feedback
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
2. 3+ years of proven curriculum design experience
3. Proficiency with LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle)
4. Strong knowledge of educational standards (Common Core, NGSS, or state-specific standards)
5. Experience with instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, or Kemp Model)
6. Demonstrated ability to create SCORM-compliant content
