8. Communicate with clients regarding project timelines and color selections
1. 2+ years of professional painting experience
2. Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and materials
3. Proficiency with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
4. Ability to calculate paint quantities and project timelines
5. Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift 50+ pounds regularly
6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
7. Understanding of OSHA safety standards and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial painting
2. EPA Lead-Safe Certified for pre-1978 housing
3. Experience with faux finishes and specialty coating techniques
4. Own professional-grade painting equipment and tools
