2. Enforce strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies
3. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews
4. Monitor project progress against established schedules and milestones
5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and workmanship standards
6. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and documents
7. Maintain daily construction logs, reports, and documentation
8. Coordinate with project managers on budget tracking and cost control measures
9. Resolve on-site conflicts and technical issues promptly
10. Implement and maintain site security and loss prevention measures
1. 10+ years of construction field experience with 5+ years as superintendent
2. Proven track record of managing commercial construction projects ($5M+)
3. Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
4. Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints
5. Excellent leadership and crew management skills
6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
7. High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

3. OSHA 30-Hour Certification
4. Experience with tilt-wall, steel frame, and concrete construction methods
