2. Coordinate and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors
3. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards (OSHA, ADA, IBC)
4. Review and approve project designs, blueprints, and specifications
5. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
6. Resolve any issues, delays, or problems that may arise during construction
7. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and permits
8. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
2. Minimum 8 years of construction management experience in commercial/industrial projects
3. Proven track record of successfully completing projects over $5M in value
4. Extensive knowledge of US building codes, OSHA standards, and construction safety protocols
5. Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera)
6. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple job sites
