Concrete Laborer responsibilities include:
1. Prepare construction sites by cleaning, grading, and compacting surfaces for concrete placement
2. Set up and align forms for concrete pouring using appropriate measurements and levels
3. Mix concrete to specified consistency using portable mixers or ready-mix trucks
4. Pour, spread, and level concrete using screeds, floats, and trowels
5. Operate power vibrators to consolidate concrete and remove air pockets
6. Finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools to achieve desired texture
7. Apply curing compounds and cover concrete with protective materials
8. Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas daily
9. Follow OSHA safety standards and wear appropriate PPE at all times
