4. Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
5. Follow blueprints and building plans to meet client requirements
6. Operate tools and machinery including power saws, planers, and jointers
7. Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
8. Collaborate with construction teams and other tradespeople on job sites
1. 3+ years of professional carpentry experience
2. Proficient knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
4. Strong mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations
5. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
6. OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification
7. Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on feet for extended periods
8. Own basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, levels, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial carpentry
2. Journeyman or Master Carpenter certification
3. Experience with custom cabinetry and fine woodworking
4. Knowledge of sustainable building practices and materials
5. Familiarity with construction management software
6. Previous experience training apprentices or junior carpenters
7. Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) for diverse job sites
