4. Maintain organized digital filing systems for all typed documents
5. Adhere to company formatting standards and document templates

7. Meet daily production targets and document deadlines
8. Collaborate with administrative staff to prioritize typing assignments
1. Minimum 65 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
2. High school diploma or equivalent qualification
3. 1+ years of professional typing experience
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, including formatting tools and templates
5. Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills
6. Basic understanding of document confidentiality standards
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
8. Strong time management and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
1. Associate's degree in Office Administration or related field
2. 2+ years of experience in legal, medical, or corporate typing environments
