3. Serve as first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and visitors, demonstrating exceptional customer service
4. Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring quick retrieval of documents
5. Process expense reports, travel arrangements, and reimbursements in compliance with company policies
6. Coordinate meeting logistics including room setup, catering, and technology requirements
7. Assist with event planning and execution for department activities and corporate functions
8. Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
1. 2+ years of administrative support experience in a professional office environment
2. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
6. Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
7. Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
