1. Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
2. Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external executive communications
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
4. Organize and maintain executive files, records, and confidential information
5. Coordinate executive team meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
6. Handle expense reporting and budget tracking for executive office
7. Act as liaison between executives and various departments/stakeholders
8. Manage special projects and events as assigned by executive leadership
1. 7+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C-level executives
2. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
4. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
5. Advanced calendar management and travel coordination experience
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills
7. Experience with expense reporting and budget management
8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
2. Experience in corporate environment supporting multiple executives
3. Familiarity with project management software (Asana, Trello, or similar)
4. Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex)
5. Background in Fortune 500 or large corporate setting
6. Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance requirements
7. Experience managing executive events and board meetings

1. Certification in Executive Assistance (CEA or similar)
2. Proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.)
