8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all program components
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
2. 10+ years of progressive program management experience
3. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
4. Proven track record of managing programs with budgets over $5M
5. Expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
6. Demonstrated success in leading teams of 20+ members
7. Advanced proficiency with program management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana)
8. Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
