2. Maintain accurate program documentation, records, and filing systems using Microsoft Office Suite
3. Serve as primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and communications
4. Process program-related purchases, reimbursements, and expense tracking
5. Assist in preparing program reports, presentations, and data collection
6. Manage program calendars, timelines, and deadline tracking systems
7. Support program evaluation activities and participant feedback collection
8. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for program staff and participants
1. Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in administrative support
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or program support role
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Strong organizational and time management abilities
6. Experience with calendar management and meeting coordination
