Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, quality control, and HR 9. Prepare and present operational reports to senior management 10. Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field 2. 3+ years of supervisory experience in operations or production environment 3. Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs 4. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies 5. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) 6. Excellent leadership and team management skills 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools 8. Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends 9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities 10. Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master's degree in Operations Management or MBA 2. Experience in unionized work environments 3. Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or higher 4. Background in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution centers 5. Experience with continuous improvement initiatives 6. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance 7. Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) 8. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) 9. Previous P&L responsibility 10. Experience in multi-site operations management
