Must-Have Requirements

1. Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice 2. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from accredited nursing program 3. Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting 4. Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience 5. BLS and ACLS certifications current 6. Demonstrated knowledge of nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and healthcare compliance 7. Proven ability to manage staffing patterns and nursing operations 8.
