2. Oversee annual budgets of $2M+ and ensure financial sustainability through diversified funding streams
3. Lead fundraising efforts including major donor cultivation, grant writing, and corporate partnerships
4. Manage and mentor a team of 10+ staff members across program development, operations, and outreach
5. Build and maintain relationships with board members, community partners, and government agencies
6. Ensure compliance with all federal 501(c)(3) regulations and reporting requirements
7. Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and media engagements
8. Monitor program effectiveness using data-driven metrics and impact measurement tools
1. 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in non-profit management
2. Proven track record in fundraising with demonstrated success securing six-figure grants
3. Extensive knowledge of US non-profit compliance and 501(c)(3) regulations
4. Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
5. Exceptional communication and public speaking skills for diverse audiences
6. Experience in staff management, team development, and organizational leadership
7. Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Public Administration, or related field
