Verify address accuracy and correct improperly addressed mail using address verification software 4. Process certified, registered, and express mail with appropriate documentation and tracking 5. Handle and process international mail following customs documentation requirements 6. Maintain accurate records of processed mail and prepare daily processing reports 7. Identify and handle suspicious or potentially hazardous mail according to security protocols 8. Meet daily processing quotas and maintain quality control standards 9. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of mail processing equipment

Must-Have Requirements

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent 2. Minimum 6 months experience in mailroom operations or package handling 3. Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly 4. Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking systems 5. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks 6. Clean background check for mail handling security clearance 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
