2. Manage full P&L responsibility with annual budgets typically ranging from $5M to $50M+
3. Lead cross-functional teams including sales, operations, marketing, and finance departments
4. Establish and monitor KPIs to drive operational efficiency and performance metrics
5. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
6. Oversee risk management, compliance, and quality assurance programs
7. Drive organizational change and process improvements to enhance competitive positioning
8. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
1. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with at least 5 years in executive management
2. Proven P&L management experience with demonstrated revenue growth and profitability
3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
4. Experience managing teams of 50+ employees across multiple departments
5. Strong financial acumen with budget management and financial analysis capabilities
6. Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution in competitive markets
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
8. Legal authorization to work in the United States

1. MBA or advanced degree from an accredited US institution
