4. Organize and maintain executive files, records, and confidential information
5. Coordinate board meetings, executive committees, and special events logistics
6. Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
7. Process expense reports and handle executive reimbursements
8. Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for executive meetings
9. Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives
1. 5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience
2. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
4. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
5. Advanced calendar management and scheduling expertise
6. Strong organizational and time management skills
7. Experience managing executive travel arrangements and expense reporting
8. High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
2. Experience supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
