1. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in executive management

4. Master's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
5. Experience in board development and governance
6. Strong strategic planning and organizational development skills
7. Excellent public speaking and stakeholder engagement abilities

1. Experience in multiple nonprofit sectors (education, healthcare, social services)
2. Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification
3. Previous experience scaling organizations from regional to national presence
4. Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD, JD, or dual Master's)
5. Established network of donor and foundation relationships
6. Experience with capital campaigns and major gift solicitation
7. Background in policy advocacy and government relations
