Executive Assistant responsibilities include:

1. Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments 2. Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics 3. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and documents 4. Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications to appropriate parties 5. Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical 6. Coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking 7. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism 8. Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders 9. Process expense reports and manage executive budget tracking 10. Anticipate needs and proactively address administrative requirements

Must-Have Requirements

1. 5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C-level executives 2. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 4. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion 5. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 7. Experience managing complex travel arrangements and calendar management 8. Professional demeanor and executive presence 9. High school diploma or equivalent required
