2. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for executive review
3. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
4. Serve as liaison between executives and internal departments, external partners, and board members
5. Prepare materials and take minutes for executive meetings, board meetings, and committee sessions
6. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain executive files and records
7. Process expense reports, manage executive budgets, and handle vendor payments
8. Coordinate special projects and events, including corporate gatherings and executive retreats
1. 5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience in corporate environments
2. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
4. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
5. Advanced calendar management skills for multiple executives across time zones
6. Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
8. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
