Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for engagement optimization 4. Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization for CRM initiatives 5. Monitor and report on key CRM metrics including customer retention, CLV, and engagement rates 6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent customer messaging 7. Maintain data integrity and compliance with GDPR/CCPA regulations

Must-Have Requirements
