2. Manage user roles, security settings, and access permissions
3. Develop and maintain workflows, automation rules, and business processes
4. Perform data imports, exports, and ensure data integrity and quality
5. Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and analytics
6. Provide technical support and training to end-users
7. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams

10. Maintain documentation of system configurations and processes
1. 2+ years of hands-on CRM administration experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics)

5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
