8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies and process optimization
1. 15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience in senior management roles
2. Proven track record of successfully scaling operations in growth-stage companies
3. Extensive experience in P&L management with budgets exceeding $50M annually
4. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and operational efficiency methodologies
5. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
6. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing large, cross-functional teams
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
8. Experience implementing ERP systems and operational technology solutions

1. MBA or advanced degree from top-tier business school
2. Experience in both startup and Fortune 500 company environments
