Must-Have Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field 2. 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategic operations or management consulting 3. Proven experience working directly with C-level executives in fast-paced environments 4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information 5. Proven track record of implementing operational efficiency improvements 7. Experience managing executive communications and stakeholder relationships 8. Previous Chief of Staff experience in comparable organizations
